KCI welcomes James Curran, PE, as a practice leader overseeing the firm’s land development work in Delaware and the surrounding area. With a background in both public and private sector work, he will continue to support KCI’s existing municipal clients, while creating new opportunities within the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
His 26-year career has focused on all aspects of civil engineering for land development, including conceptual and schematic designs, preparation of construction plans, management of project teams, expert testimony at public meetings, and review of shop drawings for commercial sites and residential subdivisions.
We are excited to bring James on board to expand our services and footprint, as he has a tremendous amount of private land development project experience. With a long-running relationship with New Castle County in Delaware, he fits right into KCI’s current and projected goals for continued development.
