Urban Land Institute Nashville Honors Fifth & Broadway Project

February 17, 2022 | Awards

The Fifth & Broadway project was recently recognized by the Urban Land Institute Nashville District Council with an Excellence in Development Award in the Large Private Sector category.

The project was also selected for the People’s Choice Award during the celebration.

As one of the largest mixed-use developments in Nashville’s history, Fifth & Broadway houses more than 500 offices, the first National Museum of African American Music, the city’s first-ever food hall, and the tallest for-rent tower in the state of Tennessee. With a rooftop concert hall and a variety of shops and restaurants placed throughout it, the facility brings living space and commerce options to a major intersection in the heart of the city. KCI provided traffic impact studies and site plan review, traffic analysis, traffic signal and street lighting design, and temporary traffic control plans during construction for the massive undertaking.
