KCI’s engineers and planners worked with the State Highway Administration, two community advisory committees, regulatory agencies, and contractors to transform two bridges along MD Route 70, Rowe Boulevard, into a formal gateway to the colonial city of Annapolis, the Maryland state capital. The project included architectural bridge treatments, streetscaping, and structural upgrades while incorporating needed safety and water quality improvements.
