Scott Riddle is a senior vice president and leads KCI’s Utilities Market, which offers communications design, utility coordination, subsurface utility engineering, and power transmission and distribution design services. Joining the firm in 1997, Riddle was promoted to assistant division chief in 2005, vice president in 2009, discipline head in 2016, and senior vice president in 2019. He has expertise in utility relocation design and accommodation on complex highway projects and design experience on power, communications, water, sewer and gas systems. In addition, he has more than 28 years of experience working with private utilities, contractors and government agencies.
Scott earned his associate degree in civil engineering from Catonsville Community College. He holds certifications in lateral, manhole and pipeline assessment; Advanced Professional utility locating; and FHWA-NHI134006 for utility accommodation. He is also a member of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Technical Council Utility Design and Coordination, the Maryland Quality Initiative utilities subcommittee and the Community College of Baltimore County’s engineering technology board of advisors.
