Megan Crunkleton is an environmental scientist in KCI’s Natural Resources Practice in Maryland. Since joining the firm in 2008, she has gained experience in estuarine and freshwater bioassessments across the Mid-Atlantic region. Megan specializes in the assessment of stream and watershed health through the study of habitat, geomorphology and benthic macroinvertebrate communities. Her expertise also includes benthic macroinvertebrate sampling, the identification of estuarine and freshwater macroinvertebrate and zooplankton, fish community analysis and pollutant load modeling.
Megan earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in environmental science from Towson University. She is a member of and a certified ecologist through the Ecological Society of America.
