Stephen Barlett is a senior project manager with experience developing and implementing large-scale environmental management and compliance programs for industries, state transportation agencies, and major cities. This experience has given him a unique ability to take complex and often overlapping government regulations, break them down to their key components, and develop comprehensive strategies for compliance—always with the goal of providing simple, concise, and cost-effective solutions to his clients.
His expertise includes facility-wide environmental compliance management, underground / aboveground storage tank compliance, industrial stormwater management, petroleum release investigations and remediation, hazardous waste management, employee exposure assessments, and development of environmental pollution prevention plans and contingency plans. Stephen is also extensively knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of environmental remediation systems.
In 2001, Stephen earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental resource management from Pennsylvania State University. He is an EPA AHERA building inspector and a certified underground and aboveground storage tank inspector.
