Mark Heinrich Joins KCI as Data Center Technical Lead

KCI is pleased to announce that Mark Heinrich, PE, has joined the firm as a technical lead for data center projects.

In this position, he will further enhance the KCI team’s expertise in the design and construction of data centers nationwide.

Throughout his career, Heinrich has garnered comprehensive expertise in the design, construction, and operation of data center systems, with a strong focus on data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and the integration of broader multi-disciplinary teams. His extensive knowledge spans many facets of engineering design supported by his proven competence leading complex, high-performance facility projects from start to finish. In this role, Heinrich will oversee proposal development, project execution, and market expansion efforts while ensuring that all initiatives meet regulatory and client standards.

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic and State University (Virginia Tech). He is a registered professional engineer (PE), and is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED APBD+C Accredited Professional. In addition, he is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
