As town engineer, KCI analyzed the performance and capacity of the town’s existing water system and prepared a financial pro forma to evaluate water and sewer rate structures. Our analysis of the system indicated that transmission line extensions and a new elevated storage tank were required to accommodate anticipated growth. We prepared construction documents for a new 750,000 gallon elevated water tank, piping, valve chamber, fencing and site access.
