KCI is providing construction management and inspection services for a new wastewater collection system for Kerr County.
The $30M project involved the construction of approximately 21 miles of wastewater collection system piping, six lift stations, and modifications to the existing Kendall County wastewater treatment plant. Our team is providing on-site inspection services for installation of the sanitary sewer gravity, force main, service laterals, plant upgrades, lift stations, suspended steel sanitary sewer main, and piers, as well as overseeing the in-property septic system removal and lateral installations.
Specific responsibilities include program inspection service planning and scheduling, budget monitoring and control, program reporting, invoice processing, document archiving, and providing information and action items to Kerr County staff, County Commissioners, and various regulatory agencies.
