Situated on the outskirts of the bustling city, this neighborhood boasts a rural atmosphere, complemented by its convenient access to a wide range of amenities in close proximity and right within the neighborhood itself.
Recognizing the importance of managing stormwater runoff effectively and minimizing potential adverse impacts on neighboring properties and downstream infrastructure systems, our team designed two strategically positioned detention ponds. These ponds were incorporated into the overall subdivision layout to ensure the optimal mitigation of stormwater-related concerns.
