Central Park is a residential community in the City of Boca Raton developed by Lennar Homes, featuring Mediterranean-style townhomes, lush landscaping, and a range of outdoor amenities.
The project combined landscape architecture, civil engineering, and surveying services to create a walkable, community-focused environment. KCI developed comprehensive planting plans for open spaces, streetscapes, and amenity areas, designed grading and drainage, engineered water and sanitary utilities, and planned a roadway and trail system for safe circulation. The team also provided full surveying services, permitting, and coordinated with municipal staff to ensure a smooth approval process.
Key highlights included integrating functional and aesthetic design to reinforce the neighborhood’s character, creating a landscaped multi-use trail network to promote connectivity and recreation, and delivering end-to-end services from survey through construction documentation and permitting. Central Park demonstrates KCI’s ability to blend interdisciplinary design with practical infrastructure solutions, resulting in a visually appealing, walkable, and sustainable residential community.
