At KCI Technologies, Inc. Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party application or software that integrates with the Site, or any other third-party products, Site or businesses, including, but not limited to, iCIMS, who will provide their services under their own terms of service and privacy policy.
Types of Personal Data Collected
We do not require users to submit Personal Data through interactive features on the Site such as contact forms, search fields and other input mechanisms that allow users to voluntarily submit information.
Users are strongly discouraged from entering Personal Data, including, but not limited to, sensitive personal data, or confidential information (such as social security, health information, financial information, or any information legally protected by law) into free-text fields unless explicitly requested and clearly necessary for the intended purpose.
By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that any information you choose to submit is provided voluntarily and at your discretion. You are solely responsible for the content of the information you enter, including whether it contains Personal Data or information about third parties. KCI is not responsible for Personal Data that users knowingly and voluntarily disclose through these features, and such submissions are made at the user’s own risk. KCI does not use Personal Data that may be voluntarily submitted by users.
Personal Data can, alone or associated with other information, be used to identify an individual, for instance by reference of a name, an email address, and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, or others. The types of Personal Data that may be collected by KCI through the Site include:
- Information you provide directly. We collect information that is directly provided while using the Site, such as:
- Direct identifiers. Information voluntarily provided while filling out the contact form or subscribing to our mailing list on the Site, including first and last name, email address, company, phone number, city and state.
- Information we collect from third parties. We may collect information from third parties, for example, if you choose to access the Site through a third-party integrated service like Google.
- Information we automatically collect from usage. We may collect information that is automatically collected by interacting with the Site, such as:

- The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Site to you.
- Information from your subscription to our Site and newsletter lists shall be kept until you retract the consent you provide to send these to you. We may contact you on a regular basis to seek the renewal of your approval for us to keep such information.
