KCI is pleased to announce that Andrew Clevenger has been promoted to service line leader for Survey & Mapping in our Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Clevenger brings deep technical expertise and strategic insight to his new role. Throughout his career, he has led the negotiation of scope, schedule, and fee estimates, overseen production quality across multiple concurrent SUE projects, and coordinated closely with internal practices, subconsultants, and external stakeholders to support the effective delivery of preliminary field data. Drawing on experience in both the public and private sectors, he will leverage this background to support growth across both regions while advancing KCI’s presence and promoting adherence to ASCE Standard 38 for utility investigation and documentation.

Clevenger has a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in secondary education and teaching, both from the State University of New York at Oswego. Additionally, he is a long-standing member of the Central New York (CNY) Damage Prevention Council and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
