KCI is pleased to announce that Colton Cilento has been promoted to practice leader.
Cilento will leverage his expertise in surveying and technology to further grow KCI’s surveying and mapping practice across the state of Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. In this role, he will also work alongside other practice leaders to nationally grow the firm’s 3D scanning portfolio.
With over 18 years of experience in the engineering industry, Cilento is an expert in land surveying, LiDAR, site development, and 3D modeling projects. He has provided services for a wide variety of projects, including boundary, topographic, hydrographic, construction, right-of-way, rail, elevation certificates, and American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys. Leveraging a deep understanding of modern tools and software, Cilento additionally specializes in advanced data collection via laser scanning and small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS).

Cilento earned his bachelor’s degree in software development from Champlain College and is a registered professional land surveyor in Maryland and Delaware.
