KCI provided civil design and surveying services to support numerous site improvements at Sandra Day O’Connor High School.
Enhancements included a new water quality basin, detention pond, updated utilities, security fencing, classroom buildings, and an agriculture building. Our team coordinated platting and permitting with the City of Helotes and submitted documentation to the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality for the water quality pond and sewer collection system. In addition, we provided construction administration services such as site visits and observations, submittal review, pay application review, and completion of the final punch list.
KCI has supported NISD since 1983 by providing civil, site engineering, MEP, fire protection, and surveying services for a wide range of educational facilities. Previous projects have featured portable renovations and relocations, lighting and electrical upgrades, intercom installation, retrofitting the district’s diving facility, and fire alarm system upgrades on several campuses.
