Our dedicated staff of LEED-accredited and Energy Star-certified engineers ensure the sustainability and performance of facility systems. KCI partners with owners, architects and contractors to conduct feasibility studies and prepare designs for mechanical, power, lighting, communication, electrical assemblies, control and distribution systems, and subsystems. Our team additionally offers specialized expertise in Zero Net Energy (ZNE) building design and redundancy design for generators and uninterruptible power supplies that are required for emergency operations facilities.
