KCI is pleased to welcome Peter Borsack back to the firm as a utility practice leader in the Dallas office.
In his new role, Borsack will collaborate with utility owners, agencies, and industry colleagues to support project deliverables throughout the utility life cycle. He will utilize his expertise to drive strategic growth initiatives, enhancing the firm’s presence in the Southwest subsurface utility engineering (SUE) market.
With nearly 25 years of experience, Borsack has played pivotal roles in numerous complex initiatives, including utility design and construction management, utility coordination, construction inspection and verification, and quality control for CAD standards. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in performing 3D modeling and digital delivery, demonstrating strong technical skill in project execution. Additionally, he has partnered with diverse clientele, such as cities, counties, departments of transportation, and utility companies, to deliver custom solutions for SUE projects.

Borsack holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Texas A&M University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in project construction management from the University of Houston. He is a licensed professional engineer in several states and has earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, he is an active member of the Texas chapters of the Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute (UESI) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
