KCI provided site construction plans for over 1 million square feet of warehouse space at the ND Hachar Industrial Park in Laredo.
To accommodate three new warehouses on separate lots, our team was tasked with civil engineering and replatting. The multi-lot development included office and trailer parking, private utilities, an office building, and a guard house for each warehouse. Spanning more than 70 acres, KCI additionally provided storm drain design and mass grading analysis for the entire site.
