KCI was contracted to oversee a $1.2 million rehabilitation project on the Singer Road bridge in southern Pennsylvania.
Originally constructed in 1905, the historic location underwent crucial enhancements seeking to strengthen load bearings, increase weight capacity and improve various structural concerns, which required lifting the bridge completely off and installing it back in place. Upon the project’s completion, the bridge now serves as both a functional highway access point and a well-preserved historic landmark.
