KCI provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the development of a new outdoor pavilion, bleacher seating, and pedestrian pathways at St. James Academy.
Our team led site design efforts, developing grading, stormwater management, and landscape improvements that balanced functionality with the aesthetic of the campus. KCI also provided surveying, permitting, construction stakeout, and construction-phase support. Designed to complement the campus’ existing turf athletic fields and running track, the newly constructed elements enhanced the sports complex by leveraging natural stone materials that reflected the facility’s established character. The improvements also increased accessibility and created a more welcoming environment for future spectators.
