Jennifer Leonard Named Senior Program Manager for Data Centers

KCI is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Leonard, RLA, LEED AP, to the role of Senior Program Manager, focusing on data center development and supporting infrastructure.

In this role, she will support the firm’s strategic focus on expanding its presence in the data center market by helping secure and deliver large-scale, high-value initiatives across KCI’s geographic footprint. Working closely with KCI’s Energy Sector and other service lines, Leonard will provide technical leadership, program oversight, and client management while aligning multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions for hyperscale data centers, and related energy and infrastructure development projects nationwide.

With more than 28 years of progressive leadership experience delivering multidisciplinary projects, Jennifer brings extensive expertise managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through design, permitting, and construction. She has led multi-disciplined teams across commercial, institutional, residential, and energy-related projects, working closely with developers, agencies, and stakeholders to successfully deliver complex initiatives.

Leonard earned her bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from West Virginia University. She is a registered landscape architect (RLA) in Maryland and New York. She earned her Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. She maintains membership with both the Maryland and American Society of Landscape Architects, the U.S. Green Building Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the Maryland and National Home Builders Associations. Leonard has also served on the environmental committee for the Maryland-National Capital Building Association.
