KCI provided engineering services for a phased SCADA System implementation plan including the Bowie Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and nine sewage pump stations.
The scope included study and preliminary design phases for the wastewater treatment plant and sewage pump stations SCADA system, design build documents RFP/ bid support, and design build. KCI performed a detailed control and communication analysis, City workshops, SCADA alternatives, and HMI screen references with related costs and recommendations throughout all design phases.
