KCI welcomes Andrew J. Antweiler, PE, PTOE, to expand our planning capabilities within the Transportation Market. He is recognized regionally for his extensive expertise in traffic engineering analyses and brings depth to KCI’s service offerings for our transportation planning clients.
Antweiler has more than 18 years of experience in the transportation industry working in both the private and public sector. His work has included complete street studies, traffic operational studies, innovative intersection analyses, management of a comprehensive interchange study, and design of bus stop improvements for MARTA. He has extensive experience working with the Georgia Department of Transportation as well as surrounding counties and municipalities.

Antweiler earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and Florida, as well as a professional traffic operations engineer. Antweiler is involved in the Georgia Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and served as the chapter’s president in 2015. He is also a member of the Georgia Partnership for Transportation Quality Traffic Subcommittee.
